Is vitamin D3, K2, and (chelated/TRAACS) magnesium best taken separately?

somewhere in the space after taking a good amount of weed.  Me and my friends the smart mate, we were talking about smart drug and how to use nootropics products, based on the experience of each others.

Is vitamin D3, K2, and (chelated/TRAACS) magnesium best taken separately?

I heard something mentioned about taking magnesium separate from vitamin D3,
ceretropic  but couldn't find anything about or a reason for such a split.

Also, would the mentioned chelated/TRAACS magnesium with food be problematic, due to the neutralization of stomach acid? Is it better before or with meals?

Den :
But is chelated magnesium == magnesium glycinate? and Any idea what the best zinc would be?
I'm guessing zinc glycinate or OptiZinc. But am not sure so i asked my friend

 But why the chelated magnesium?

from my understanding, there is no good evidence that says fat-soluble vitamins can’t be taken together. It just doesn’t even make sense when u think about it. Think of in nature, cheese has D A and K, all in the same food

I'm not stuck on it. I'm taking to get the necessary amount (10 mg/kg elemental). Is there something better? Something problematic about magnesium glycinate. It was the number one voted option when I polled a few years ago. Nothing problematic about mag glycinate. I like that have that form in my mag complex blend. Highly absorbable!

Vitamin D3 and K2 should not be in the same cap/tablet with Mg because of stability issues, taking it alongside is no problem.

Interesting. What about other micro-nutrients?
I mix L-ascorbic acid with lysine and proline and store it in loose powder. How can I find stability across other nutrients?

At the fly i can't think of any.  there's some that should not be taken at the same time because of Sharing pathways, but thats another issue. (Like Zinc, Calcium and Magnesium)
I cant remember where i read about it and on the fly cant find sth about it on examine.com , good question where you'd find this for other nutrients tbh

Much appreciated. I have a 2 kilos of mixed l-ascorbic/lysine/proline powders and your post caught my attention.
I want to make a sleep formula with taurine/theanine/gaba and wanted to clear this before doing so in bulk.

Not in any way i mentioned that u shouldnt take those together

you’re a smug little guy, aren’t you? I’m just trying to learn. Thanks for expanding my mind and correcting me where I may have been mistaken

K2 and magnesium shouldn't be combined in the same product because of rapid degradation of the K2, unless it's a stabilized form (such as K2VITAL DELTA).
take D3, K2, Mag and Curcumin in a 2 capsule serving daily.
Den don't know about the exact instability mechanism but its stabilized by microencapsulation
